Terms of Service

By booking a session with Andriana Kovalchuk Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

The remaining balance is due on or before your session date.

Your session is not officially booked until both the booking form and retainer are received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or family emergency, please notify me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 6 months.

Session Details

Sessions take place at an agreed-upon location (outdoor or in-home).

Please arrive on time — sessions are scheduled carefully, and late arrivals may shorten your shooting time.

I’ll provide a prep guide and questionnaire after booking to help you feel ready and relaxed for your session.

Images & Delivery

Your gallery of hand-edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks.

You’ll receive high-resolution digital files through an online gallery.

Printing & Usage Rights

You’ll receive a print release, allowing you to print your images for personal use.

Images may not be edited, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

I reserve the right to use images from your session for my portfolio, website, and social media.
